Thanks for this talk, very coherent and clearly explained, easy to understand even for people who are not scientists. Unfortunately, lots of people would still not understand the points made because they don't know basic math: the way percentages or fractions work, or statistics at a bigger scale. This has been long in the making. Why do you think the governments have worked for decades in keeping a low level in math instruction in public schools?
